Get to know us a little better.

Here’s a quick question for you: Would you prefer to do business with someone you know or a complete stranger? When you become a member of RiverTrace FCU, we’re going to want to get to know you and we thought you better know that up front.

It’s a source of pride for us that we recognize so many of our members by name. And, we know a lot about their families and their aspirations. In our opinion, this relationship is what gives us the insight to work smarter for you.

So, as a matter of fair play, here’s a little about us:

• If you were a drink, what would you be and why? Champagne, it is bubbly and sparkling, and served at celebrations of life’s happy occasions.
• What is your favorite reality show and why? Survivor, I like the challenges and the strategies of the players, besides it’s just pure entertainment.
• What’s your favorite quote?  However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results. Sir Winston Churchill.
• If you could take a vacation to the beach, the mountains or a big city, where would you go and why? Wiesbaden Germany, I used to live there and would like to revisit to see the changes.
• Do you consider yourself a dog person, a cat person, neither or both? Cat person.
• If you could travel to any country outside of the U.S., where would you go and why? Italy, I’ve visited there numerous times and find it a beautiful country with all the history, food and warm people.
• Do you consider yourself a warm-weather person or a cold-weather person? Cold weather person, but really prefer a temperature range of 65 -75 degrees.  San Francisco has the ideal temperature for me. Not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer.
• What’s your favorite season and why? Fall, I love all the vibrant colors as the leaves change.
• What’s your favorite color? Teal.
• What’s your sign? Cancer.

• If you were a drink, what would you be and why? Chardonnay, to make people feel warm and comfortable.
• What is your favorite reality show and why? The Voice. It brings music to my ears (I love music).
• What’s your favorite quote?  To be or not to be. That is the question.
• If you could take a vacation to the beach, the mountains or a big city, where would you go and why? The mountains. I love the beauty, peace and being one with nature.
• Do you consider yourself a dog person, a cat person, neither or both? Cat person.
• If you could travel to any country outside of the U.S., where would you go and why? Italy. I love Italian food and wine, and I would love to see the beauty of the country first hand.
• Do you consider yourself a warm-weather person or a cold-weather person? Neither. I love the Fall and the Spring because of moderate temperatures.

• What’s your favorite color? Blue.

• What is your favorite reality show and why? Survivor. I enjoy both the physical and mental competitions, and of course would love the MONEY!

• If you could take a vacation to the beach, the mountains or a big city, where would you go and why? Mountains, for the view and serenity.

• If you could travel to any country outside of the U.S., where would you go and why? Italy, to visit Rome’s ancient sites.

• If you were a drink, what would you be and why? Cappucino, it is enjoyed in a casual atmosphere, it’s a drink that is savored and I am of Italian descent.
• What is your favorite reality show and why? Modern Family. Quirky characters, great writing and I can see a little of myself in the characters.
• What’s your favorite quote? Whether you think you can or cannot, you are right.
• If you could take a vacation to the beach, the mountains or a big city, where would you go and why? The beach – so relaxing and restorative!
• Do you consider yourself a dog person, a cat person, neither or both? Dog person.
• If you could travel to any country outside of the U.S., where would you go and why? Italy – there is so much history and beautiful sights to see, wonderful food to enjoy and of course – I have relatives I would love to meet.
• Do you consider yourself a warm-weather person or a cold-weather person? Warm weather.
• What’s your favorite season and why? Spring – I love to watch the trees and bushes blossom. I enjoy the fresh air in the early morning hours. And of course the flowers that are emerging!
